My dog can be nervous in the car, and this is perfect for her. Basically a plush dog bed that attaches to the car seat (not sure how this would work in the back seat). She can lay down comfortably without worrying about rolling off of the seat with a sudden deceleration, and has decent padding between her and the dashboard. She is visibly less nervous when riding in it, and the sides are easy to wipe clean of dirt or mud.Es muy buen producto el perrito queda buen apretadito y seguro. Our small pup was very stressed out by sliding around in his previous seat and this one prevents that! He is comfy and happy and I am delighted he is not skidding around the backseat. Win Win! He is 28 pounds and still fits it well, when ordering i was concerned about size. He is a mix of primarily french bull, jindo and pekingese so hopefully this will still work when he is full grown.
